Who called from 4065524940

I just received the same message as everyone is describing! So my cell phone has an "Add number to auto reject" feature so this number has been blocked!

I got the same call saying i have to contact them back within 24 hours or action will be taken against me.

Robo call stating contact in 24 hours or local cops would arrest me. I called the number provided 309-273 -1738.  They answer the phone IRS investigation. Total BS of course the IRS doesn't call you. But was fun letting them know not all are going to fall for the SCAM.

It's a scam. Don't panic. Just block the number
