Who called from 4065668477

Answered to be greeted by silence, then hang-up.
Thieves or burglars looking for unoccupied homes.

Credit card scammers. Told the operator to F her entire family before she could get a word in edgewise.

i just enjoyed my daily chat while commuting.  Another day... another scam victim delayed.  I gave bogus information while constantly transposing a number for 14 minutes before I heard an exasperated sigh and then they terminated the call.  I get cathartic value messing with these bozos.

To  bad  the  NSA  does  not  snoop  on  these   creeps  instead   of   honest  people.

Card services scammers. ...someone needs to level their offices.;-)
