1) register the number on the National Do Not Call Registry
2) My cell has an option to reject numbers. If they are calling a cell, see if your cell has this number in the caller settings menu. I believe that most newer Samsung phone have this feature for both calls and texts.
My ex brother in law ( were talking some 15-20 years ago) got a call from this number looking for me. When I called it back I got a recording stating that the magic jack customer you have called is unavailable to take your call. then it hangs up. Seems strange considering that they started out stating that it was a legal office.
I got a call fron this number 406-629-9040 to call another number and was given the information and I called it and was treated badly because they were trying to collect a bill I didnt owe and so I called the first number back and told them about it that and told them it was a fraud and told them I was thinking of suing both of them and the woman said whatever and hung up
This number called me today at work looking for my ex-husband. I told them that I did not want to receive another call from them looking for him and that this was a government phone. The idiot representative then asks me if this was an Obama phone. OMG! What kind of crap is this? No, it is not an Obama phone. You called a federal agency.

ALL my phones are registered with the DO NO CALL, but they keep calling. I refuse to answer any number I do not recognize. My suggestion is to do a call block if the calls continue on the cell phone. Don't know what to say if they call the house. If they don't leave a message, all the better.
