its a telemarketer calling and hanging up on people who are on the do not call list.
it also seems that 30 minutes after reporting it to the FCC ( http://www.fcc.gov/complaints )
i received a spam text from [email protected] .
trying to get me to visit http://www.bestbuycashcards.net which is a spam site. i have reported this site and soliciter at least twice in the last 6 months.. Why hasn't anything been done?

I recieved a call from this number. The called identified himself as Joesph and that the company was WN Employment Opportunity. This call came through on Friday Feb. 1. I called the number back to make contact.

He asked me if I had any student loans and asked if I wanted to go back to school. I told him no and he hung up on me.
