Who called from 4068528959

Followed the last message from Eddie. Let's see if they still call.

A recorded message stating some report from the FBI about home break ins and that my number was selected, blah, blah, blah.

The caller called and did not leave a message. I've been trying to call it back but it is a constant busy signal. Very strange... Does anyone have an answer as to who or why this # is calling people and not saying anything?

I do not want calls from this number
