Called again asking for former IT manager. When I again advised that the person he was asking for was available through email contact only, he asked for the name of the current IT manger, which I would not provide. ID'd himself as "Tony" calling on behalf of "Microsoft"; wanted to invite our IT manager to an event on May 7th. Sent him to generic voice mail
Caller ID shows Bellgrade, MT. Boiler room in background. Indian accented male asked for our former IT mgr. I said he was available through email access only and hung up on him.
Also got a call from them, showing caller ID was Belgrade, MT, return call to the number goes to dead VM box. They called into my company asking for me several times until I accepted the call. He tried to get my work email address to send me some "communication improvement information", I told him I would not provide my email and didn't want anything from him. He had a strong Indian accent and said his name was Mark. I asked him for his company website and he said techcommunities.com, I asked his last name and he said Smith. Then I asked for his return number and he hung up on me. Very shady and totally a scam - don't give out your info!
