Credit card scam. I pushed the button to talk to representative and the guy told me he was in Florida. Couldn't tell me anything about any account that I held. I told him he was telemarketing and breaking the law and he hung up. Parasites such as these need to be prosecuted.
Got a call mid-morning. Something new has been added: Rates are going up, and in order to keep from getting a higher rate or even to qualify for a lower rate, press 1. Filed yet another complaint with NatDNC list--other posts say that this (both registering and complaining) does no good, and I am beginning to agree.
I got exactly the same message this morning, of course they didn't identify the credit card they were referring to. Tried to call them back and it just disconnects.
