This is a scam- pure and simple. These pieces
if crap call non-stop, day and night. What kind of
person does this sort of thing for a living? I have
complained to do-not-call registry dozens of times.
Nothing. These government agencies that do zero
are just as bad as the scammers. I hope they and all
their family members get a hideous and excruciatingly
painful terminal illness and die. Then I'll go down to
the cemetery and piss on their graves
See the info for 406-426-3353. This APPEARS to be the same company making the calls: TM Caller ID LLC, but from a new phone service provider: Cellco Partnership. The voice message is exactly the same & the agents behavior is exactly the same as well. After posting the information from the MT attorney generals office, the 406-426-3353 number was suddenly disconnected. Hopefully that happens here as well.
The 406-931-3768 is a number provided by Cellco Partnership dba Verizon Wireless according to fonefinder:

Attempting to call 406-931-3768 back it becomes obvious that the phone number is set not to receive incoming calls, or has a fake "cannot be completed as dialed" message.

It also may not hurt to get a Verizon rep on the phone & tell them what's up. I don't believe they take to kindly to people abusing their system. If anyone confirms that it's still TM Caller ID LLC making the calls, please file a complaint with Oregon AG & Justice Department.
