Caller ID: Unknown Name

On 10 Oct 2008, 11:56 am, my phone rang 3x's, hung up on voicemail, thought very weird "000" will notify FTC, I'm also on do-not-call, and always send info to FTC.
I am suffering from repeated actions as this is a call I receive every other week. An automated female voice identified herself as from cardholder services, stating not to be alarmed, etc. She then stated to press 9 to speak to someone. I pressed 9 to speak to an individual. I was asked if I was calling about the lower interest rate and I stated "I dont own a credit card.." before I could continue with my statement of please remove from your list and I am on the do not call list.. the agent stated "You are a liar" and hung up.

automated call offering to reduce my rate on my unnamed credit card. the company was not named. i was instructed to press 9 to speak to an account rep, when i did i was disconnected.
