Received call offering to lower credit card interest rate.  I currently don't have any credit cards.  Have requested to be removed from list.  We'll see.

I received a prerecoded message to "lower my credit card interest rates."  At the end of the call you are instructed to dial 9 to speak with a representative.  No company or individual names are provided in the message. My caller ID gave the number 407-000-2947.  I registered a complaint on the national do not call website.
