A recording saying it was urgent that I call this number to get a lower interest rate on my credit card. As directed, I pushed "9" to speak with a live operator. After many rings, another recording stated that Susan's mail box was full and could not accept any calls at this time. I hung up.
If I had reached a live operator, I would have asked to be removed from their calling list.

I pushed 9 to speak with an operator who identified herself as working for One Source.
I wish there was a way I could get paid for their obnoxious and interrupting calls.

When I said I was on the DO NOT CALL LIST she got very angry and told me to shut up and stop wasting her time. I filed a complaint on the www.donotcall.gov web site. I guess that is all you can do.
