Who called from 4070006543

A machine told me to lower my intrest rate to 6.5 % push 9. I did they put me on hold.  While on hold I googled the number and found this help site.  Thank You.

They called 5 times in the last 2 months.  How do I get them to stop. It is automated and offers no opt-out provision.

Pretty much the same.  Call from Rachel from Credit Card Services, I hit 9, it rang four times then someone picked up and hung up.  This is about the fourth or fifth time I have received this call.  I actually do not have caller ID, but when I dialed #69 it told me the number.

When I told her to put me on their DNC list, she said rudely, "Oh you're a big girl, you can do it yourself." then hung up.

caller, states this is in regaurds to your credit card,to receive lower interest rates of 6% on your credit card, please push 9 on your phone to talk to our customer service representative. I pushed 9, no one their. Is this a phone scam?
