Caller claimed to be from "Credit Card Services" but couldn't give me a specific company.  He said they represented Visa and Mastercard and could reduce my interest rate if I had over $3000 in debt.  Do not give him any info - it's a scam according to the BBB.  It was an automatic call from a boiler room.
