Called and I didn't answer-they left no voice mail

Recording  This is Rachel your credit card is not in trouble now but to
lower your interest rate press 9 to talk to someone. I pressed 9 but no-one answered.

I keep getting calls from the (apparrently) same company offering to lower my credit card interest rate.  When I get a human, they identify themselves as "Credit card Services", but give no additional info.  When pressed for more info they hang up.
Also use the number 407.000.2323.

Call on 4/4 at 11:48AM - no message left

They're still at it. Must be an automated dialer, because calls came into my phone & fax lines simultaneously.
