Received this automated call yesterday. Female voice. Also no company identification - although Florida was mentioned in short time that I stayed on the line. I'm located in Canada.
this number 407-000-9821 is no name in my caller Id.i did not answer right away coz im outside the house but when i get back..i called back the number in my caller ID..but it seems like the machine...saying about insurance ...i looked up in...it says it was from Florida....i dont how they can do that...hope so they can trace this or investegate...for scamming people just to get there....personal information.we need to be aware for this.

Received a call at 10:23AM on Jan.9 from a live person. She went into detail about helping people to lower interest on credit cards. I informed her that I do not relate personal information via telephone to strangers. She gave me a number that I could call, 877-260-5978, and a name, Claudette. I again stated I do not discuss personal business to strangers. She then gave me a website that I could check out. www.financialtrustresources.org. This is how I found this link.
