if this is the company that is behind the calls. They are wrong. I for 1 don't even have a credit card so why keep calling me when i tell them that.i don't understand why they don't understand.
Sapphire doesn't telemarket anymore! They do help people reduce their interest rates. As fas as our EX employee... when people get fired they have a tendancy to retailate! Especially when they were fired for Fraud....
Sapphire Financials is a legitimate company? Of course only the banks can change your rate but Sapphire does a great job of negotiating your rates down with the creditors. They got me down from 26% to zero percent for a year and saved me about $8,000. It was well worth the service and I would reccomend them to anyone with credit card debt!
I received a call from card member services and wanted to lower my interest rate on my credit card.
The call was a number from N.Y. I thought it was ok. Discussed the process and He stated that if the could save me $2500 on the principal and lower my interest rate. If it amounted to at least $2500 they would deduct $750 from this amount and the difference would come off the principal amount. I got a call from Kissimmee, Fl. 407-520-5220 Ladie anmed Brandy. Then I found out that they had taken money out of my cerdit card without my approvel. Now I am going through the hassel of getting it back. They lied to the credit card company and said it was a hard ship. That would close this account and not be able to use it until it was paid off. I when I found out through the better business bureau they were not in good standing with them I cancelled all but to late they got to me. Be ware!!!

John, I find it very amusing that you post this comment; when you sat threw the entire hardship process with us and then decided you would not pay after a service had been provided to you...But no we must have been in the wrong. You understood full well what was going on but refused a charge after thousands of dollars of savings.
