I have received multiple calls from this company calling themselves Credit Card Center offering to lower my card interest rate. However, when I reverse look-up the phone number it comes up as an invalid number. Red flag!

Called me to lower my card rate if I called my credit card service. Told him to wait a minuet. Told me go -uck yourself. What a [***] head with a weird accent. Don't ever trust these [***]. I'm sure they fund terrorism.
Just got a call from this number, when I told him that I was not interested, I hung up the phone and he called me back,I told him I was not interest and hung up again, he called back a third time, my husband got the phone the forth time and asked to speak to a supervisor he cursed at my husband a threatened my husband the our interest rate will go up.
