I got this board by googling "Jim Warner telemarketing"
My call was automated, as described by other posters, but the caller ID said "Care Services" and the number was 360-633-9624. It said "Hi I'm Jim Warner ...How are you today?" Because I didn't reply, it took about 45 seconds until it said "Are you still there?" I replied "Are you a real person?" but after about 4 seconds the call terminated itself & I got a busy signal.
