credit card services asking you to call for a lower rate

if you cant answer when yo ucall or talk then dont call here again

somebody calls from an undisclosed credit card company-or so they say- and says if you want you interest rates lowered, please dial 9 immediately cause there is a time limit on this offer- they don't ask for a person by name-or identify which credit card company they are supposed to be- sounds like phishing- I hung up

4:41pm, A bit of noise then a hang-up on my answering machine.

Same thing for me.  I didn't answer at all.
