You are missing the point. There are a good numbers of scams and scammers that call and pretend to be associated with Heathcare_gov or the exchanges. When asked if they are part of the Federal Program, many of them just flat out lie. The scams can be collecting fees for "advising" people about choices or even selling "insurance" that is either not part of the exchanges or is totally bogus. Potentially, someone could think they have mandated coverage, when they do not. This could set them up for penalties.
Take your not so clever posting name, and lame humor somewhere else. Start with 8th grades and work your way down. You are neither funny or smart. Your humor and "observation" is dull and trite.

Mr. Bill, I never said there were legit phone scammers. It's not there in my post. Anyone who is a constant reader knows my views on scammers and shills. And trolls, can't forget them eh? You might also know I am NOT publicly partial to any political view on this board. I will slap down supporters any candidate, any party. Political posts are not the business of this site, political posts attract trash and litter. I sure don't see any political leaning there in my post. Maybe you don't like that busted the poster for using the name of a political figure? Maybe you thought the poster was smart and clever? If you are the poster, that might make sense.
You are free to dislike what any post you choose, but making threats is not cool, and there is a protocol for that.
