Scammer.  I got the same message but I fell for it, as we have a lot of military bases in town. Ugh. I'll google any numbers from here on forward. Thank you.

Got a text,  same as above.  Responded "available".  His response the same as above.  He's not to smart....  CA to VA transaction for $200 w/ a carrier p/u?   PayPal scam.!!!!

Recv'd similar message others posted - " not able to use cell phone on military base".  Advised that he be emailed - m.jacobs320@gmail -  scammer!! beware of his nmbr too - 407-216-5793

Was not from this number I see here. The number I got was 502-625-8714. Tommygrand@gmail. It had the same message as stated above.

His number changed again to 972-914-1930
