It is most likely a bogus car warranty company. I heard that they are working out of Florida with phone numbers that run through a computer. Just ask them (if you answer) for a call back #, address, or website. Better yet do what my son did, stall keep them on the phone for 25 minutes, then tell them all the info you gave them is bogus and mention the public utilities commission! They quit calling for a long long time...guess now a different con is calling our house!!!!!
