They keep calling and calling my mother. When she said I am not interested after about 10 times. I then said when they called again and said what do you want? He said I want you. Then says he wants to f..... me. I handed my phone to my daughter and when she said excuse me he repeated himself. Then informed me since I refused loan and told them I was not interested for the 30th time he told me that my checking account would be debited $500 for a cancelation fee. How do you get charged a cancellation fee when you didn't sign up for anything. I have contacted my bank and have had to freeze my bank account because of some person pretending to be a company that he isn't. The man said he was with lending club which when I contacted lending club they are out of California not Florida. They have no idea who this is or why they are using their name. After telling the man that he had been reported to Florida and Missouri Attorney Generals office plus BBB office he resorted to telling me he would take $500 from my account. Rip Off. Please don't take any calls from these people or do business with this man. THey will resort to anything.
Whoever works for this company has to be the the lowest piece of [***] people i have ever seen. I was having the worst time finacially so they of course promise me a loan if i send them the processing free and of course the theiving [***] stole that and no loan for me. Real Great human beings guys steal from people when they are already in need of help
Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail: (Pay attention to item #4!)
Loans
1. No reputable lender will lend you money over the phone.
2. No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3. On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4. Advance fees for loans are always illegal. At least in most American states.
5. If you want to borrow money, go to an established brick and mortar lender that has been around awhile.
6. If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a. threatening you or b. offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7. These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history. If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information. They know who they are calling. They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes members of the immigrant community. Also, those who might be in financial difficulty.
