Who called from 4072752822

Called Thursday at 415PM said they were from Orange County Water and needed to check mumble mumble..
Someone showed up at my doorstep at 910AM the next morning saying he was from Orange County Water and needed to check the irrigation system. Before I could get shoes on to watch what he was doing, he and his truck were was gone.

THIS NUMBER CALLED MY HUSBAND SAYING HE HAS A BALANCE WITH ORANGE COUNTY UTILITIES....I CALLED THE NUMBER BACK NO ONE ANSWERED....WE HAVE NO BALANCE WITH ORANGE COUNTY!! PLEASE STOP THIS PEOPLE OF MAKING THIS CALLS.

This was actually not a scam call.  It's OUC.  They called and left a message about a wastewater credit I"d applied for because I had to refill my pool.
