ID said CHASE - When I answered the line went dead

When they called, they would not identify themselves and would not leave a message.  Now all I get is a busy signal.

Calls w/no message

This is NOT Chase.  This is a phishing scam.

I called the 800 number on the back of my Chase Visa, and spoke to a rep.  She confirmed to me that calls from this number are a phishing scam.

Needless to say, do NOT give these people any personal information.
