This is customer management systems. We aren't trying to sell you anything and no we aren't telemarketers. We do follow up calls on behalf of the dealerships all over the country. So yes we are calling from Florida but we are a professional legit 3rd party company who just wants to gather your feedback and make sure you were satisfied. If yes great, if not we want to hear what went wrong to see how we can further assist you. I've read some of the reviews and I'm completely shocked :( everyone just needs to understand we are just doing our job. If you don't want to participate all you have to do is pick up and let us know and we will put you on our do not call list .
I got 3 calles on my cell phone from 407-302-9200, 407-323-6416 & 407-321-8916. None of them left a message and no one would answer when I tried to call back.
I keep geting them...I don't care to take a survey..go away
Your service sucks and I still have problems...The car is always kept extra time and when I get it back its another problem
This is for a visit for service on a GM visit. At least my service advisor was cool about it and warned me. NEVER give your cell phone as an official number to GM. I on;y gave it to the dealership to contact me and they made sure not to put it in my record. Also, if you don't take the survey or at least answer the call at some point, they will KEEP CALLING YOU ETERNALLY. It's like the Terminator. They absolutely positively WILL NOT STOP CALLING UNTIL YOU ANSWER. I took the survey and totally ripped the dealership up. I hate GM. "X doesn't work"...GM: yea, engineers checked and it's supposed to be that way"..they stink.
