This is customer management systems. We aren't trying to sell you anything and no we aren't telemarketers. We do follow up calls on behalf of the dealerships all over the country. So yes we are calling from Florida but we are a professional legit 3rd party company who just wants to gather your feedback and make sure you were satisfied. If yes great, if not we want to hear what went wrong to see how we can further assist you. I've read some of the reviews and I'm completely shocked :( everyone just needs to understand we are just doing our job. If you don't want to participate all you have to do is pick up and let us know and we will put you on our do not call list .
Recently had my oil changed at the dealership. Didn't realize they would give my number out for calls like this. They did leave a message saying they would attempt to contact me for a few days, but as of yet I have only received the one call. If I weren't satisfied, I'd contact the dealership directly, not some middle man.
