People can have phone numbers for areas they do not live in. There are also call centers people can set up. Or there are already call centers that have been set up that someone could hire people in order to take the calls.
I've been getting the same stupid txt once in a while for the last cpl of months. I texted back to get me off their distro; also left messages on their machine for it and pressed the #3... nothing. Still got the unwanted txt message...
So, I started calling back today - again, and again, and again. Leaving blank voice mails. Then figured out that I could bypass the whole message just by pressing 1. And called again, and again, and again. So, they block my landline number. Then I used my cell phone, called, pressed 1, left blank voice mail. Call, pressed 1... again, and again for almost 2 hrs!!! They disactivated the 'bypass to voice mail' feature. SOMEONE NOTICED ON THE OTHER END EH? HAHAHAHA. Now I have to hear the whole thing, but I will keep doing it again, and again until I fill up the damn voice mail machine!!!
