Pre-recorded message in Spanish. If you try to call it back it just says the # is unavailable.

Missed a call; when i called back a message saying, "the subscriber you have dialed is not in service ....." replies.  Who are these people?

Received a call from this number on my cell.  It was a message in Spanish, not sure what it said.

i received a call and then called back but the number was disconnected

Missed a call..........called back the number and it said the subscriber is not in service.
