I've caught a SCAMMER!! I have a payment due in 2 days. I've been receiving calls all morning. I've read on here that it's a collections call. I called this number and the foreign representative asked for all 16 digits of my card. DEAD RINGER!! You shouldn't EVER have to tell anyone calling from a legit credit card company all 16 digits of your number. As soon as he asked I told him flat out that this was a fake call, that I shouldn't and wouldn't be giving out all that information. I then hung up on him. I called the legit number for Credit One collections listed on their site. Though the lady was foreign she only asked for the last 4 digits of the card number and last 4 digits of my social. BEWARE FOLKS!!! I made sure all was current and it was.
Keep calling spammers I dare you to. Plenty Of room to block plenty more numbers. BLOCKED Thank you True Caller. Keep Calling spammers, but,you can't get through.
My payment is even due yet! When I am late, call away. Until then, get a life! They are calling every 30 minutes! I remember when I first got this card. I made my first payment and the agent had the audacity afterwards to say "let's discuss your next payment. Can you make another payment now?" Are you serious? I just made my first payment and gave you $50 more than what was asked. And you are seriously asking to talk about the next payment and making it now? I am so regretting getting a card with this bank.
actually you're wrong if the card is active and open, just late, they are not governed by the FDCPA at least know what the [***] you are complaining about, i just checked to see who was calling me, turns out i had a ACH check return on a payment
