I got several phone calls from two different numbers. 407-369-8754 and 813-398-7541 telling me that I had some loan from their company. They didnt say the amount clearly and said I had interest on the loan and I owed over $1000. He even gave me his name and put on a guy saying its his supervisor. When the guy came on, he had no idea what was going on or he was pretending to be. Then he told me he would send the authorities to my house to take a hold of me and all kind of foolishness. I know I didnt take a loan. This is scam and nonsense. I'm still trying to find out how he got my info, my ss number etc.
I have received about 10 calls from this number at work and at home stating that I have 3 felonies for Illegal banking practices and check fraud for failure to repay a LOAN. The one guy who was stupid enough to give me his name, Nick Nelson, was clearly Pakistani or Arab and said that if I didn't get a lawyer and call him back within 24 hours a police officer would come and arrest me and take me to jail until I saw a judge and then would be convicted and lose my job, house, etc. I would sit in jail for 2 months to pay off the $8,000+ for my loan default payment, court costs etc.
Totally bogus and I am looking for a place where I can file charges against this number. 407 area Code is based in Florida, but I would gues that the call is bounced from towers all around the world.
I get calls from the same people so I cussed them out and one dude told me to [***] so crazy but they constantly calls so I just keep calling them back over and over like they did me it finally stop but they r full of it and there's no Loan that has to be paid in anyway..
I just got a phone call from this number sayin that I need a lawyer cuz I got a loan n it needed to be.paid wich I kno I neva gotten a loan or requested 1 den he said his name was jason brown from da illega department n dat if I didnt pay it den officer fisher n officer matthew was gone cum arrest me n I would be taken into custody for 7 days.
I have gotten these same calls. I just do not answer them anymore. These calls are completely bogus! If anyone finds a way to press charges on the idiots, please share!
