Got the automated call this morning from Consumer Services (for the 50th time) telling me that it was my last chance to reduce my credit card interest rate, blah, blah, blah...So I pressed 1 to talk to a service representative. I use one credit card and pay it off in full every month so I have no need for this type of service but even if that wasn't the case, this company is a fraud. I've check into it before. Anyway, instead of just hanging up and being annoyed or asking them to take me off their list, etc., I answered a couple of questions (I lied) and got the guy talking. While he was talking, I laid the phone on the counter, got 2 heavy pots and started banging them together into the receiver. Then, I hung up. The guy actually called me back! I simply hung up on him that time. These people are SO rude but at least the calls are only coming a couple of times a week rather than the daily calls that I was receiving for a while.
SCAM!!!! Client Services Company said they were from Texas and wouldn't give me their address. They will lower my interest rate on my credit cards to 6.99%
