This suspicious caller should be reported to the Do Not Call Registry. After registering you home or cell phone, any call like this can be reported. Usually when I do this, the phone calls stop.

I checked this number out it is a bill collector using a cellular phone he had called previously on my cell then dialed my home number with another number

They call, I Rick Roll em.  I love it, wish they would call me more!

Called but left no message.  Caller ID says "ORLANDO".

We are on the state and federal do-not-call lists.
