Who called from 4073853685

Calls - 8/20, 8/21, 8/22, 8/23, 8/24.  Leaves no message on machine, calls again the next day.

Got a call from this number tonight and they said the caller said he was Mike from Community Outreach when I told him I could not donate he told me ok he would put me donor for the minimum $20.00 donation and send me the paper and hung up. Just a big scam!

Called at 11:58am on  8-27-11.   Caller ID showed "no name received."   My answering machine picked up but they did not leave a message.  From what Big Dog says it sounds like just another "sound alike"  (Community service?  which one?)  charity scam.   Will block this number.
