Do a search on the net for a disconnect dial tone. Record this tone and add it to the beginning of your answering machine message. If this number is an automated system eventually it will quite for most callers with auto dial systems.
Make them stop! 407-403-5928. I've answered twice to see who it is that calls my phone 2-3 times a day... the first time they hung up. The second time I heard a man's voice saying "not interested, not interested," but like he was talking on a different phone and didn't know I had answered. Tired of the calls though!
whitepages.com says it's a cell phone from Brevard County/ Orlando FL. Wonder if they would like 1000's of texts a day from the numbers they keep calling? : )
