Number shows up as cell number.  We answered and they were trying to sell time shares.

I don't pick it up if it's an unknown number.

I've been getting calls from this number every day.  Time varies.  I screen my calls so if I don't know the area code, I don't pick up.  This number only lets the phone ring 3 times before it quits.  Very annoying, but at least they let it go to my v-mail which automatically activates after 4 rings.
