called saying I owe money on a false account.

Calls and hangs up, I tried calling it back but it says mailbox is full.  Don't know who is calling or what they want it's just an annoying constant phone call.

Called twice. No messages left.

About 2:00p PST 15 March 2016.  Telemarketer for RCI International who had $750 travel gift for me.  Yeah, right.

Called me left threatening legal action if I don't call back as this is second offense, I returned call only to find ext. not available and mailbox full message
