SCAM. Posing as a law firm suing for a payday loan, they say that you are going to be served. It's not true, you can call your original creditor or whatever company they say is suing you to verify that this IS NOT TRUE.

SCAM! These guys are as sleazy as you can get. First, they have someone call from a blocked number, telling you that documents have been served in the county, etc., and that you have to call this number. Then when you call, they ask you who the lawyer is who is handling your case. After you tell them you're just returning a call, they act confused, but "Let me put you on hold, and I can do some research." Then they come back and tell you that you have some debt, like the IRS, that needs to be handled today, and if you can pay X amount, they can stop the summons. Classic scam. Ignore.
