They say they are Card Services. I tricked them into thinking I was interested and wanted to call them back if I found their rates better. They fell for it and gave me 1-800-622-7747. haha! Now adding to donotcall.gov and reporting their caller ID masking. Then I asked to be added to do not call and they hung up.

I received a call - no message - from 4074349999. I am also on the FTC's Do Not Call List, and this company will receive heavy fines. But before they can be fined, we all need to report them to the FTC.
