some refinance home crap id'd themselves as Account Services out of Orlando Fla.  Asked how he got my number he gave me the wrong name then hung up.

I got the robo-call and when it finished an operator answered.  And he was laughing and talking to someone else as he asked, "can I help you?"  I responded, "Not when you answer the phone like that."
Clearly, these are not professional people.  One has to wonder what they are up to.

ANyone figure out who it is?
