Received recorded call about lower credit card rate.  I am on the do not call list.

This call is about your credit card, even if you don't have one, informing you that your interest rates can be lowered. So, I stayed on the line to talk to a person, who could not speak English (surprise surprise) and told them to take me off their effing list. He probably had no idea what I was saying. So sick of these damn calls to my cell phone.
