No one answered when I picked up, but I could hear voices in the background.  Caller ID as: "Florida"
Sounds like a "boiler-room operation." Don't bother picking up!

They're nothing but scum sucking telemarketers!!!  Don't you just love 'em?

They tried to call about an hour ago.  Blocked call with Mr. Number and filed complaint with DNC.

Our old friend 'Rachel' the Recording, calling about lowering interest rates 'on your credit card..' But I have no credit card, so my interest is 0%. Can't get any lower than that. And the name of the company is 'FLORIDA!?'
