I received a call from this number-  man had a strong accent inquiring about my credit card debt.  I questioned if he was a telemarketer he said no.  I then asked how he got my number-  he said it was from a marketing research group.  I said it sounds like a telemarketing/solicitation call and that I was on the "Do Not Call" list.  I asked for my number to be removed.  The man then said "Then hang up the phone, b***h!".  He then hung up on me.  I tried calling back and the person hung up on me.
