Who called from 4074711301

He said he had important info. asked for my password for my 401 benifits. Who is he?

I got a call from this number as well and when I called back a recording stated that it was a non working number and to consult my benefits package for the correct number. I received this call after calling the benefits hotline First Data Corporation to discuss a 401k I had with them a long time ago. The person calling from the number 407-471-1301 was calling to give some information I actually want. Unfortunately, they never called back and the recording says that it is a non-working number.

I also have been receiving calls from the 407-471-1301 without a caller identification regarding 401K information.  If this is related to Hewitt in Florida then it is linked to John Hancock Financial Services out of Boston which contracts Hewitt to oversee their 401K plan.  Hewitt has questionable issues regarding personal privacy and beware......

This person called and asked for my 401k password. This call came one day after my myspace page was pfished. This call is coming from a foreign country.

Hewitt is a third party record keeping company for multiple companies. They provide 401k/DC, H&W, and Pension benefit assistance for companies. My advise is if you feel unsure of providing your information contact your Benefits Center 800 number back, any representative should have the information that the caller has upon being able to secure your account. Yes most of their clients now have very stringent security measures and to confirm identity of the account holder they will ask for a "pin" or "password" to your benefits account. This should have been informed to you when you called into the benefits center for concerns, so that you are aware of the processes for an outgoing call. Hewitt has benefit centers in Florida, England, India, Puerto Rico, Asia, and i can keep going.
