I also have been receiving calls from the 407-471-1301 without a caller identification regarding 401K information. If this is related to Hewitt in Florida then it is linked to John Hancock Financial Services out of Boston which contracts Hewitt to oversee their 401K plan. Hewitt has questionable issues regarding personal privacy and beware......
Its the main # for Hewitts Orlando office and it is legitimate. You just cant call it back. If they are asking you for info it is because they need to verify your identity just like any bank, cable comp, etc. does when you speak with them.
I agree, my call left a voice mail with answer to an earlier call to Hewitt for my health spending account, informing me to contact back at toll free number or to check my account online for resolution. Not a spam call.....
