I believe this abuse is because of the battles of phone companies fighting for what they call spectum i think they all need their spectrum shoved right back up their *** in their face for National Corruption Abuse and Harassment. unless well all turn the spy wear on them.

I am SOOO sick of them. They keep calling even though I keep pressing 3 to opt out!!! I have kids and sometimes they are napping, so letting the phone ring is not an option, I want them to STOP!!!!! I pressed 1 to talk to someone and as soon as I told him to put me on the do not call list because pressing 3 does not work, he hung up! Called phone co. and got call blocking will try it. 503-457-1085 has been calling me too, so that number does not take me off Rachel's list! Seriously, do they think we are going to give them our credit card numbers after the number of times they've called and we've told them to stop; what is the point?
I never received a call from this number, but my direct line at work shares the same digits as this #. When people in my area code receive calls from Rachel at card service and try to call the number back most phones add the local area code and so they call me. I have been receiving angry and abusive phone calls and voicemails ALL day yesterday and today from people trying to get off this call list. I've reported this number for call abuse but it never seems to do anything and now I have to pay to change my number. This is ridiculous, unacceptable and one of the most pathetic and despicable business models out there.
So this is a new number calling me *multiple* times a day. Add it to the countless other numbers calling about the same damn scam. I'm going crazy with all these calls. How do I make them stop?
It seems there is NOT a way. :(
I filed complaints with FTC for each and every number, but since they are spoofed numbers what can be done?
