call from Card Services about your interest on your credit card, I do not have any account with a card services and am on the do not call list. they had the option to press 3 to no longer receive calls, I have done this in the past and they have called yet again. Going to file another complaint with the FCC, but the company has probably changed their number so trying to stay one step ahead of getting nailed for unsolicited calls.
I don't know what to do anymore. These criminals use a different made-up fake number every day. It is always the same outfit, either "Rachel" or "Ann" from Cardholder Services or Student Services or something similar, and always a dire WARNING. They call every single weekday and tie up our phone and answering machine with their illegal garbage. Real calls get sent to voice mail while these clowns are busy tieing up our phone. I have used up my alotted 10 blocked numbers with Verizon and every day I delete the oldest blocked number and add the newest made up number from these criminals. I wish they could all be rounded up and locked away in a cold dark cell for the rest of their lives. What is the point of this harassment? I am never going to give them my identity to steal, so why not just give up already?
Just got a call so I pressed 1 to harass them and waste their time. I held them four about ten minutes. But then they asked for my credit card number and I had to end the call. Nice. Reeeeeeaaaaaaal nice.
I do not understand why you answer these calls. It makes no sense as you already allow they are bogus scam and upset you.
Why don't you at least file a complaiment at

This is not a telemarketer this is Porfolio Recovery Associates in disguise. This is a boiler room 3rd party junk zombie debt collector.
Either a spin off outfit or a slick way to get old acct info, phone numbers, address, and current credit information.
This is a sly way perhaps to trick people with other slacker tricks that are simple minded. You cannot tie them up they are many hundreds that work in these cubicles for minimum wage to get information. They have thousands of phone numbers and alias.
They will also try the old trick they are investigating ID theft. Its all bogus.
It all should be illegal.
Porfolio recovery associates out of Norfolk VA can have any phone numbers it wants. Portfolio Recovery Associates can try and look official like a police unit investigating fraud or offering help. It works, do not play with them. Don't answer if you don't know the number unless you are very bored and have nothing else to do with your time
