call from Card Services about your interest on your credit card, I do not have any account with a card services and am on the do not call list. they had the option to press 3 to no longer receive calls, I have done this in the past and they have called yet again. Going to file another complaint with the FCC, but the company has probably changed their number so trying to stay one step ahead of getting nailed for unsolicited calls.
Got another Rachel call. I was expecting a call so I picked up. Just rachael telling me to call back and I hung up. My called ID said card services. Ibdon't think these will ever stop. Just don't answer. Apparently nobody can do anything because I've tried. Good luck

get at least 3 calls a week from them,tried to be removed from list but they still call.The national donot call list is a joke,I get more calls since I signed up!!!!!!!!
Got the robocall. Credit Services. Filed FTC claim for DNC list violation. I did call back and got that recording about press 1. BLEEPING good that does. I wish everyone on this site would write your congressperson and senator and ask for legislation that would make these types of calls a CRIMINAL OFFENSE. I think after say 10 or complaints it becomes a FELONY. Let's kick the pot smokers out of jail and put in the ROBOCALLER scammers. SInce the FTC and the FCC don't act until gazillions of complaints, it is about time for the consumer to start yelling big time. Does any one live in Washington DC and willing to picket the offices of the FTC and FCC? Is there any lawyer out there that could construct a model law that would make the restrictions tighter, the penalties higher including jail time and restitution to the victims of the callers, and fining the FTC and FCC for NOT taking action in a timely manner? Is there any group out there that is against telemarketing and would like to make this industry go extinct, like the dodo birds and the dinosaurs? Anybody?

Write our Congress and Senate. We need CRIMINAL penalties against the companies that are profiting from these calls. Follow the money, slap them in prison, no one left to outsource to overseas boiler rooms, problem solved. Since they are operating across borders it should become a federal felony and should be handled by the FBI under the RICO Act.
