I got a call from a blocked number indicating he was going to serve me with papers for some PD loan that I had about 5yrs ago. I scared me to death. he gave me the number 404-445-3925 and told me to call. when I did the guy i spoke with seemed very helpful, told me to hold on because he needed to pull my file. Said he would call me back after he talked to the PD loan place to see if he could prevent this from going to court. I never got a call back but called him. He said he talked them down about 1,000 and they would need a good faith payment in order to agree to the arrangement. Lost my cell phone signal while at work when talking to him, good thing I did. did alittle digging and this is a fraud! He has been calling me from a 407-487-4115 ever since Tuesday trying to get me to answer the phone leaving numerous messages. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS, even if you know you owe an outstanding bill. When they serve you with papers the papers are already in the system with the courts, the process server does NOT call you, once they are filed, the person suing DOES NOT make arrangements with you.......so dont fall for this. When i initially talked to this person (Brad) I was instructed to call a a 404 area code which is Florida, but now the calls are coming from a 407 (Atlanta) area code. Dont fall for the scam

I also have been receiving calls from a restricted number. A woman by the name of Corey Davis, says she is looking for Joe. (My husband). She has also called and left messages on cell phones of my family members. She threatened to come to our residence, that we have left her no choice. She says if we have any questions to call 407-487-4115. I know this is a scam, but I don't understand how they are getting away with this type of harassment. I feel bad for the innocent people that are actually "scared" into giving these people money!!!! She says we're being sued, but doesn't state the reasons. Also, if we don't sign the papers that we are served with, we would be held for evading the paperwork process. Guess what? Nobody ever came to my residence because it's a load of crap!!!!
I have been receiving the same calls as well. Comes up as a private number. The guys name is Kevin Carter. He indicates he has the make and model of my car, the color and my license plate number. Has my exact address. He has stated he came to my address and no one was there. He just called again and stated he would be there today between a set time and to please be there. He has been calling my family as well whom live in Baltimore. I was worried due to him having my info the way he does but reading the other complaints on here, I see I am not the only one. I live in FL so am guessing the company hired someone who lives in the area and knows street names around my residence.
The same thing had been happening to me. While I was on the phone with them I googled the number and it said it was a scam! I hope others do the same. The incoming number that called me is restricted
A gentleman named Patrick has been calling my phone, as well as my relatives phone claiming I need to call a number to stop the delivery of sealed documents.....calls many times, and uses different numbers....threatens that I am going to court and if I don't call back, the court will find me non compliant and deem me as guilty......lists various personal information about me that he knows and says that he is going to go to the court house and try and find out more info about me.......
