Calls from the same area code have been made to my cellphone for over a year. Other number I actually found that someone complained it was an unsolicited debt consolidation call. I won't answer because according to this person they won't respect your plea for no more calls, bit instead amp up their calls from other landlines. They have never left a voicemail message.
